Jean Pierre Bedel is the head of a large construction materials company. He was born in the same region where his wife Florence owned a vineyard. In 2011, they bought this 300-acre domain and began a complete upheaval. Everything was redesigned: from the choice of varieties, the vineyard management, vinification ageing to the blending methods. They built a modern 5000 square meter winery which includes the latest equipment, a barrel cellar of 300 vats, and barrels of different volumes to allow precise blending. Every vineyard is vinified separately as they have around thirty grape varieties on different soils and altitudes. Grapes are sorted first in the vineyard and then in the winery to produce several high-quality wines. They use no herbicides, only natural composts and green manure.

This cuvée, Les Charmes, is particularly fruity and silky with the dominance of the grenache variety.
