Tasting Notes: Intense citrus aromas of  sweet oranges and apricots complemented by white floral notes like jasmine and orchard blossom, with indulgent hints of oak and vanilla. Harmonious balance between sun-kissed and full bodied ripe fruits, green apples and a fresh, mineral-driven finish.

Varietal: 60% Roussanne, 30% Rolle, 10% Viognier

Alcohol: 12.5%

Cellar: Now or up to 5 years

Pair With: This wine is excellent with light and bright meals, like a fresh seafood platter, grilled octopus, or a salade niçoise. The producer recommends seafood puff pastries, trout mousse or sauteed shrimp in ginger, and we say to try with chicken in tarragon sauce or a goat cheese and apricot tart. For cheese, try something soft and balanced, like Brie, goat cheese, or the regional Pélardon.
