Tasting Notes: Aroma leads with black fruits and red cherries, hints of must and clove, graphite, earth, and floral notes. Concentrated red fruits present fresh bright flavors, with top notes of lilac and saline. Dark black fruits and earth round out the supple body and silky tannins form a structured finish with clove and pepper.

Varietal: 65% Grenache, 35% Syrah

Pair With: The vintner likes a homemade pasta Bolognese, a Kobe or Wagyu beef entrecote, or with roasted duck and olives.
