100% Sauvignon from the Loire Valley region.
The domain is situated on the right bank of the Cher, facing the charming chateau of Saint Aignan.
In 1980, Guy Leveque and his wife Claudie took up his grandfather’s vineyard planted in 1900. It was only 9 acres and they made the wine in the family house cellar.
He bought several vineyards in the following years. In 2009, he owned 150 acres. That is when his daughter Katia and his sons in law Laurent and Patrice joined the family business. In 2012, they owned 190 acres of varied soils where they could produce a great variety of wines, red and white, Rosé and sparkling and even a sweet wine with late picking.
For this white wine, the grapes are picked very early in the morning and quickly carried to stainless steel vats.
This special cuvée is issued from selected terroirs of the domain and has received several awards.
