Tasting Notes: Aromas of red raspberries and black cherries, earthy mushrooms and truffles. On the palate the wine is surprisingly light with cranberry, currants and cherries leading to hints of mushroom and earth, baking spices and subtle oak.

Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir

Alcohol: 13%

Cellar: Up to 10 years. Decant to drink now, best to lay down a few years.

Pair With: This elegant wine will pair well with tasty meats: lamb chops, beef ribs, duck à l’orange and liver pâté. Braised earth vegetables. You can also drink it very cool with tuna carpaccio.
