Pair With: It will pair well with grilled meats: beef or duck breasts, caramelized pork ribs, roasted chicken. Try a Provencal beef casserole with tomatoes, thyme, garlic and wine. For cheeses the producer recommends a fresh goat cheese like the regional Mont Ventoux.
