Tasting Notes: White flowers, bright stonefruits, guava and tropical fruits, notes of bright lemon and vanilla. Fresh and round body with flavors of pineapple, apricot, and lemon zest reminiscent of lemon starburst. Faint notes of button mushroom, candied ginger and musty white flowers with a subtle touch of oak, almond and a mineral crisp finish.

Varietal: 100% Viognier

Alcohol: 13%

Cellar: drink now or can age well for 4 years.

Pair With: Excellent with fresh seafood: grilled prawns, smoked salmon, or whole grilled fish in lemon butter. Provençal-style chicken, asparagus risotto or zucchini and goat cheese tart are delightful pairings. Soft and light cheeses like Chèvre, a mild/young Epoisses, Comté or Gouda.
