Blend: 70% Grenache blanc, 10% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne, 10% Rolle
Hold Time: Best enjoyed young, or hold up to 3 years
Pair With: Vegetarian dishes and steams greens, and grilled green vegetables. Herbed chicken dishes and hearty salads, scallops in a light cream sauce.
