Tasting Notes: Pale lemon in color and displays aromas of fresh herbs and spring fields. Gentle acidity and a light body make this a refreshing wine, full of golden apples, jasmine, pear and vanilla with hints of saline for a quick finish.
Blend: 100% Chasan (cross of Chardonnay and Listan)
Hold Time: Drink fresh but can keep up to 3 years.
Pair With: Pairs excellently with salty foods like a charcuterie of salami, prosciutto and chorizo. Fresh salads like antipasto, Niçoise, or fresh mixed seafood salad. White fish dishes and grilled green vegetables with turkey.
