Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries and blackberries, sweet spices of pepper and licorice. Soft and structured on the palate with fresh red fruits and lush black fruits. Notes of earth and baking spices lingering after fine tannins.

Varietal: 60% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 15% Syrah

Alcohol: 14.5%

Cellar: Now or up to 10 years

Pair With: Grilled steak, rosemary lamb chops, gourmet burgers, and hearty stews. Southern Rhône favorites like Daube Provençale, Gigot d’Agneau à la Provençale, Gardianne de Taureau, and cassoulet make excellent regional pairings. Enjoy with roasted mushrooms, ratatouille, and aged Comté, Tomme de Provence, or ripe Camembert.
