Tasting Notes: Fruit forward with red berries, cherries, and hints of cinnamon and pepper. Fresh body of red berries supported by a mineral structure and soft tannin, with mild garrigue on the finish.

Blend: 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Carignan.

Cellar: Up to 3 years.

Alcohol:  12%

Pair With: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, pork Bougnette, and beef. Try regional dishes like Daube à la Languedocienne, Clapassade, or Petits pâtés de Pézena.  Rustic pasta dishes or vegetarian fare like Chichoumeille, Tian Provençal, and Gratin d’Artichauts.  Aged cheeses like Cantal or Comté, or regional cheese like Pélardon and Bleu des Causses.
