Pair With: Its minerality makes it the perfect companion of fish and shellfish. Thanks to its freshness, this wine highlights and exalts the scents of a grilled fish with olive oil. It can perfectly accompany a seafood platter or just be served as an aperitif.

Les Perraches is part of the domain Serre des Vignes and is managed by two young winemakers, Vincent and Jerome Roux. It is a family domain of about 94 acres where wine has been made for many generations. They have introduced new methods in compliance with the requirements of Biological agriculture to obtain the bio wine label.

Their vineyards are located on sunny hillsides in limestone, clay and marl soils. They are part of the Appellation Grignan-les-Adhémar, created in 2010.

The wine is made via direct pressing, settling and filtering of mud. They then used a cold fermentation process for 15 days to extract all the flavors and aromas.

The vines for les Perraches are rather young with 3 to 8 years old.

This wine has a beautiful straw-yellow color with bright and brilliant reflections. The nose is very intense marked by notes of exotic fruits, lime and grapefruit.
