Pair With: Foie gras and blue cheese make a luxurious pairing. Sweet wines also do well standing up to hot and spicy foods, as the residual sugar temper the hot capsaicin like in asian cuisine. Pairs excellently with desserts, like a baked fruit tart, crêpes or crème caramel.
