    • 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier
    • Aromas of lime blossom and white flowers on the nose leading to ripe golden pear and green apple on the palate.

Wine and Cheese Pairing Recommendations:

  • Chèvre: The acidity (freshness) of Sancerre or Domaine Ortola will counterbalance the salinity of the cheese.
  • Camembert: The robustness of Château de Portets will be in harmony with the power of soft cheeses like Camembert.
  • Ossau-Iraty: The melted and delicate tannins of Château de Portets will marry wonderfully with the smoothness and finesse of this cheese.
  • Comté: To achieve the union of 2 products from the same region, the strong character of a Bordeaux wine will perfectly suit the assertive taste of a refined Comté.
  • Champagne pairs well with all!
