Tasting Notes: Complex bouquet of white flowers, orchard fruits and and notes of fresh fields. On the palate apricots and gardenias blend with grapefruit zest, candied lemons, and a long finish of ginger and vanilla.

Varietal: 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon

Alcohol: 13%

Cellar: Up to 7 years.

Pair With: Grilled shellfish like herbed shrimp, or seared scallops with beurre blanc. Smoked and alpine cheeses, like a Comté would work well.
